Super convenient, clean, comfortable & safe! Recently renovated & a well-appointed two-story private single-family home with plenty of free private parking in the rear and an electric vehicle charger onsite. Located roughly 1 mile from the intersection of Routes 70, 270 and 15, & downtown Frederick. Guests will enjoy 3 large bedrooms, each with premium sized beds and smart TV’s, ceiling fans and white noise machines. One bedroom is on main level with a joining ½ bath, and two bedrooms are on the second level with a shared full bathroom W/ a tub. The main level also has a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and 43″ TV with Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix; a dining room that seats 8 and a full kitchen with coffee bar, laundry room with full-sized washer/dryer, and a 4-season sitting room with electric fireplace. Board games, books, business-class WiFi, premium sheets and towels. The staircase between levels has wooden steps but we have retractable baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for your safety. In need of more space? Check out Patty’s Place, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment just next door and also managed by Chris and Emily. Combined, both properties sleep up to 12 people.
Chris & Emily were both born in Maryland & grew up all over the state. We met in Baltimore City after Emily responded to a Craigs List ad where Chris was looking for a roommate; yes, that was a thing in 2008. A House Hacker OG We dated for 7 years, then got married. After Emily finished her degree in Baltimore, we moved to a rural property with land to build a small homestead. Shortly thereafter we had our first son, Logan and now live in FL
