Spot coyotes, jack rabbits, desert tortoises...from your bedroom! Enjoy the outdoors, the soaking pool, the scenic outdoor shower, grill, stone fire pit, stargazing, dinning, lounge area, & a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy under the stars! The space • 1,362 sqft • sanitized, self- check-in (contact free) • free parking • Spectrum fiber-optic (Zoom calls via fast and stable Google WiFi) • 1-story high end finishes /w plenty of parking • yoga/game room • horseshoe pit • Fire pit • propane grill • soaking spa (sits 5 people side by side) Managed by | Marbella Lane | Full-service vacation rental property management | Top performer by AirDNA 4 bedrooms • 2.5 baths • 1 kitchen Additional Notes: • Please be aware this is a desert environment, there are critters in-and-out once in awhile • Please keep the AC at 60°F or above to prevent from shutting off. There's a (game room) is detached from the main house, please refer to the pic in the listing. There's a sofa bed in this room that can be converted to a queen size bed. Soaking spa takes 4 hours to heat up. The spa remote is on right of the thermostat. Please, do not use glass or food around the pool. Other Things to Note: We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of 100USD Dollars per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, 50USD Dollars per person, per night.
