Tucked on a quiet street, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in this 3/2 Waterfront home with a private heated pool (no extra charge). With beach decor all throughout the home and new furniture you are less than five minutes to amazing Marco dining, shopping and beaches! The house provides easy access to open water and the Marco River. You will frequently see manatees and dolphins swimming in the canal. Take the two beach cruiser bikes on a short ride to Tigertail Beach or Historic Old Towne Marco. Spend the day on Keewadin or make the short trip by boat for lunch in Naples.
