This newly renovated 3 bedroom home has central air, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. The large fenced in yard has a swing set for kids and space to enjoy a game of corn hole with friends. Watch movies after a long day at the beach on the giant plush couch that can fit the whole family. Or cook the catch of the day in the upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances with double ovens. Enjoy the sunset views as it lights up the house in hues of pinks and orange.
Hello friends, I am a local New Englander and love the beach and walking my dogs while taking in the beautiful views and sunsets here. I am excited to host you this year. I have spent many summers in Newport growing up and it has always been my happy place. I have so many wonderful memories and hope you make some here as well. Located just 4 miles from Newport beaches and 10-15 mins. from downtown shopping and restaurants downtown and on Thames St. or historical mansions on Bellevue Ave. Whatever your interests are; you can assure after a long day you'll want to relax in this cool quiet and spacious home offering a large family room/kitchen area. You can see the ocean views out the windows in the distance as you relax or take an evening stroll in this peaceful neighborhood.
