This luxuriously appointed modern 4 BR home is centrally located near downtown Jersey City just mins away from Manhattan. It sleeps 8 comfortably with one additional sleeping space available upon request. There are queen size beds throughout, beautiful decor, central air, hardwood floors and a large kitchen with Samsung appliances. This 2nd floor unit is very spacious has natural light, contactless check-in & easy access to Manhattan by train or car. Bring the whole family to this great place!
I come from a humble upbringing in Jamaica and migrated to the US after graduating high school. I am an Army veteran with over 21 years of active duty service in the United States Army. I am Ivy League educated, a Columbia University alumni. I am a people person, and believe in treating others the way I want to be treated. The fear of failure motivates me and I live by high standards. I look for positivity in all things and I seriously dislike negative energy, so don't bring it around me. I love the life I live and live the life I love. Lastly, I love my peace and I always "hunt the good stuff" I am available through the Airbnb app message board and via phone calls should you need to reach me directly.
This is a very diverse neighborhood located it a metropolitan area. Residents on our street are mostly working professionals and retirees. The home is located on a quiet one-way street not on the main road. You may hear the occasional sounds of emergency vehicles passing by from time to time or the garbage truck doing its rounds on trash pickup nights. There is only street parking available on a first come basis, no designated parking. Please do not block people's driveways or park by fire hydrants because you will be ticketed. There is alternate side parking on street cleaning days. Please ensure you pay close attention to the signs posted showing cleaning days and times to avoid getting a ticket. Getting around is very easy in this area. if you look at the location map you with notice that you are close to everthing and a skip and a hop across the Hudson from downtown Manhattan. You will have easy access via train, public transportation or auto.
