Perfect location to enjoy a concert or sporting event as you will be just steps away from Wells Fargo Arean and Hy-Vee Hall, or a fun night downtown as you will be just a few short blocks from Court Avenue. This is a perfect place to sleep like a baby in our plush queen bed . Unit is complete with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and even a sleeper sofa.
