It feels blessed to be surrounded by mother nature. This cozy and welcoming single-level condo home is located in Welches at the foothills of Mt. Hood. Open concept space with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room is perfect for cozy nights. Both bedrooms offer a private bath. Individualized heating zones to keep you comfortable. It is situated right on the scenic Three Nines Golf Course, you'll have year-round outdoor recreation at your fingertips, from golfing and fishing in the summer to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. A perfect location to relax after a round of golf, a day on the slopes, or a morning hike. It is twenty minutes to Government Camp and thirty-five minutes to Mt Hood Meadows ski resort. Minutes away from old-growth forest hikes and epic fishing.

Hood for amazing winter skiing at SkiBowl or Timberline Lodge 20 miles away.
