Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! This home has been newly remodeled and updated with all your vacation needs in mind. You are minutes from State Farm Stadium, Peoria Sports Complex, and many other amenities. Several Entertainment Districts are nearby which feature great shopping and restaurants. Sunnyside Retreat has a diving pool, board games, VR headset and foosball table for your home entertainment. We didn’t forget about the little ones, as they have a play coffee bar and board games as well.
We are available for anything you might need and you can call or text us!
Our neighborhood is quaint and quiet. You can get around the neighborhood easily and parking is available in garage and driveway.
