My husband and I have lived in Fairbanks most our lives and now we are able to raise our daughter here. You can find us outdoors, enjoying all Alaska has to offer! This has been a wonderful place to call home! Thanks for looking at our beautiful estate and please reach out with any inquiries!

Property information

The Estate is modern with full amenities to include city water and beautiful stainless steel appliances, yet it has the authentic Alaskan vibe. Sit in the lodge and be mesmerized by the rich log interior with beautiful tongue and groove pine bedrooms or relax in the cabin and kick back in the comfy interior. The chalet has a heated garage which removes the hassle of a cold car.

The Estate construction hits all the feelers for the rustic Alaskan cabin lifestyle. Once inside the living room the vaulted ceilings make the atmosphere feel cozy and relaxing, The Neighborhood is quite and close to the airport with an expansive front yard that is ready to fuel your adventure in Alaska.
