Direct oceanfront 3rd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo w outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 4. Perfect for spending time on the world's most famous Daytona Beach, or the Speedway, home of the famous Daytona 500, just over 8 miles away. Score an awesome meal and drink at any 1 of the great restaurants or beach bars in the area or cook your own dinner at the condo. Grocery store is just across the street. Also, just a short distance from the Daytona Boardwalk, Amusement Park, Pier & Main St. Bedroom has 2 king size beds. Large TVs in bedroom & living room. Kitchen has tableware, silverware and ample pots/pans/utensils and small appliances (Keurig, micro, large toaster oven, blender). Coin laundry available on same floor, near the elevators. (No pets / No smoking) Pool/hot tub/suana/fitness room all currently closed for construction due to hurricane damage. Nightly rates already reduced to reflect this.
It all started with a vacation to Daytona Beach and we were hooked. Now we are happy to own and share this condo for you to stay at and enjoy beautiful Daytona Beach, FL. I work full time, am wife to my wonderful & support husband and mother of 2 active teenage boys. I love cheering them on at their sporting events and spend all my free time at the grocery store trying to keep the hungry teenagers feed! :-)
Nearby Attractions: Daytona Beach, International Speedway, Daytona Boardwalk, Daytona Beach Pier, Daytona Beach Oceanfront Bandshell, Jackie Robinson Ballpark, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum, Lagoon Water Park, Museum of Arts & Science. Daytona Area Events: Daytona 500 (Feb), Bike Week (Mar), Turkey Rod Run (Mar/Nov), Jeep Week (Apr), Biketoberfest (Oct) and many more.
