Relax and stay at this peaceful lakefront home. The single-family home is on a 2 acre property near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Just minutes from I-75, shopping centers and restaurants. Private entrance with keyless self check-in. Tranquil private room with blackout curtains. Shared jack and jill bathroom with double sinks. The door that leads to the bathroom can be locked from the inside only. Room comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, free wi-fi, netflix, prime video and all your basic essentials. Guest will also have a physical key to lock the bedroom door so you will have peace of mind and control of your personal space and belongings. Please return key at check out. Shared common area space: livingroom, breakfast/dining room, kitchen counter top with bar stools seats and outdoor patio area. Not the main kitchen. Kitchenette area only- help yourself to complimentary coffee, tea and snacks. Access to laundry room with 3 night minimum stay. There is also a Loft upstairs to lounge and relax. A workspace with dual monitor computers and a balcony attached with a beautiful view of the lakefront. Enjoy the tranquil experience! ***Please note NO pets allowed including Service dogs*** This homestay has a strict policy for no animals/pets of any kind due to a personal matter. Please Do Not book if you are traveling with a pet and/or service dog. Thanks for understanding.
