The price is for one private bedroom (Queen size bed) and one shared bathroom upstairs. Common areas include the downstairs living room, guest restroom, modern kitchen, and the yard too! This will be a listing for room A. Room B will be a separate listing. They are the same size. From house (built in 2022) to appliances (purchased in 2022), this place is brand NEW. So enjoy! We have installed SMART appliances like: - Google Nest Doorbell - Yale Nest locks - Google Nest Outdoor security camera - Google thermostat - Samsung in-unit smart washer & dryer - Samsung smart refrigerator (with filtered water and ice) - Roborock Cleaning Robot - BenQ home theater projector 📽 - Dyson Vacuum - Marshalls Stanmore II Bluetooth Speaker - and me 😉 I have a golden retriever puppy 🐶 she graduated from her medium-level obedience class, is super friendly, and loves hugs. Yes, she can shake hands! We are a pet-friendly home! We treat dogs as our family members and welcome anyone who travels with their furry friends (with proper training). We have a dog door that leads to the backyard (fenced) and we are only 7min drive away from Mueller lake park. My golden is super friendly and worry-free if your dog wanna some playtime. Dogs can be left in downstairs and the backyard playing with Lucky when guests are out enjoying the city. Dogs are allowed on the sofa, not in bed.
