*Please note that there is ongoing construction on the opposite side of the pool, and you may experience some noise during the day within working hours.* - Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. - All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - The rental includes electricity, use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. - BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is 40 USD, and the four-burner grill is 50 USD - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a 300 USD fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an 800 USD charge for tampering with it. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are allowed in specific units with prior approval and a pet fee of 100 USD per pet per stay. Max two pets and no more than 75 lbs./pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, on top of fabric or on comforters. - Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. South Padre Island is a timeless island full of fun for everyone and a wonderful place to create new memories, watch a gorgeous sunrise on the beach, or catch the most breathtaking sunset by the bay. It’s like free therapy. Go for a fun day of fishing (deep-sea fishing, deck fishing), boat rides, surfing, and kite surfing (The ocean is always an adventure!), horseback riding, bird and sea turtle watching, water parks, bicycle rides, and so much more. There are several restaurant options for you to choose from. The food on the island is always fresh and offers a wide variety of choices. The ambiance is also always laid back and fun. Another option is to grill the catch of the day or some burgers on the property’s palapa area. Cross the bridge to Port Isabel where you will find freshly prepared ceviche, crab, oysters, and other fish to take back to your condo to enjoy. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
