This splendid home boasts a location like no other - you will be close to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and great attractions like Jungle Jim's, Rehoboth Beach, Gordons Pond State Park Area, The Lewes Historical Society Main Campus, Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, and Funland. Enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides on the Junction and Breakwater Trail through the community’s private gate. In addition, you are granted access to a community outdoor pool and fitness center. Spend lazy afternoons sipping a favorite beverage on the screened porch. Unwind in the living room after a full day on the beach. Gather in the well-appointed kitchen to prepare meals together. At night, rest well in the comfortable bedrooms, each of which has its own TV. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operable. Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. The community swimming pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
