Renovated and updated Condo just across the street from the bear parking lot shuttle, which is free and takes you to the Beaver Creek Village and Landings for skiing access. Also we are steps from the Eagle river for fly fishing in the warmer months. Fully equipped kitchen, and in unit washer and drier. No need to drive and pay lot fees, from here you have a short walk to the Bear Lot and grab the free shuttle to Beaver Creek. Enjoy the all new furniture and appliances in the equipped kitchen. 1 Min walk to Beaver Creek Bear Lot 1 Min drive to Beaver Creek Bear Lot (parking fee) 1 Min walk to Eagle River and Walking Path 10 Min Drive to Vail Resort 30 Min Drive to Eagle Airport We'd love to invite you to stay here this year. I am a seasoned real estate professional and long time host of our vacation properties. Our family has been enjoying Beaver Creek and all it offers for 20 plus years, and can answer all your questions about what to do and how to make the most of your holiday travels. We mountain bike, ski, snow shoe and hike the area extensively, and have a few fly fishers as well for tips on where to go. We hope you love our condo and the surrounding nature as much as we do.
Beaver Creek is the main draw to the area, with world class skiing and riding. Vail is also just 10 minutes away via car (paid parking) or local inexpensive public buses. Gondola Pizza is our go to for pizza and iItalian, and Northside Kitchen for both great breakfast and dinner - with an extensive wine list to boot. They also offer take and bake dishes to bring back and feed the family in the condo. These are one of the best deals in Avon / Beaver Creek.
