In the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN this waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your next vacation! This condo is located on the first floor, with a private balcony over looking the swimming pool and the Little Pigeon River. This unit is equipped with a full size, fully stocked kitchen. A washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Gas fireplace in the living room that is turned on doing the fall/winter months. The master bedroom has a king bed, with a walk in shower in the bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, with a tub shower in the bathroom. The couch in the living room pulls out to make a sleeper sofa. This condo will make you feel just like you are right in your own home.

Both buildings on the property have elevators. All units are wheelchair accessible. All units have gas fireplaces, and kitchens in them. We provide a small box of dishwasher detergent so we suggest bring more just in case. We provide the basic cookware and utensils you may need, but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking we suggest bringing more cookware. We provide all linens and towels. Housekeeping does not clean your room during your stay unless you request it, and there is a fee. Due to HOA rules, no trailers are allowed in the parking lot.
