Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! We live on the island and are usually onsite everyday. We are always available to help or offer recommendations. We own a few units in the building and take care of several others.

Property information

With the pool out the front door and ocean views from the balcony, this condo is convenient to everything in South Forest Beach. Recently renovated, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The villa features a split AC unit with units in the bedroom and living room, full kitchen with granite counters, comfy queen bed, large flat screen TV and beach chairs. Access to the fitness center a couple blocks away is included. Perfect for that Hilton Head couples getaway!

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in Seaside Villas a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance to the main tourist center (Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants), and biking distance from lots more. The building is oceanfront and our villa is ocean view along the side. Biking is the preferred mode of travel on Hilton Head. Bike rentals are just across the street or bring your own and use the racks under the building. There is a trolley service across the street that runs between most of the popular areas for a dollar a person. There are local free golf cart trolleys that runaround South Forest beach. Most things you need are in walking distance.
