Company information

I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation).

Located just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza, this cozy one-bedroom ocean view condo is the perfect affordable Hilton Head getaway. This is a first floor, end unit with quick access to the beach and pool. Condo features a comfy queen bed in the bedroom (with its own AC Unit), bunks for the kids in the hall and a queen sleeper. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Two beach chairs and bikes are Included!

Neighbourhood information

Seaside is a gated, oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Walking distance to Coligny Plaza with entertainment, restaurants and shops and the Tiki Hut. Seaside offers a pool, sundeck and direct beach access on site. Please Note Maximum of 4 Adults Bunks are for Children Only No pets are allowed on the property -- Fines Apply Service Animals require paperwork to be filed with my POA prior to booking No Smoking or Vaping of any kind in Villa No motorcycles, trailers, RV's or Golf Carts
