Light, bright and cozy in the HEART of Siesta Key Village! Open floor plan including queen-sized murphy bed, Smart TVs & Strong WIFI. Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the buzz & and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable! -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a non-refundable fee per pet*. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
