The fine print
There is an after-hours call box that will summon security for late check-ins. Please contact the property if you anticipate a late arrival.
Minimum check-in age is 18 years. Reception hours are from 06:00 - 22:00 on Sunday through Thursday and 06:00 - 00:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Changes to your departure date made after you have checked in will result in charge of 1 night room and tax.
Please know the resort rooms do not have air conditioning.
Please know that we do not have onsite parking for RVs , trailer, campers or oversized vehicles.
RENOVATIONS:
Beginning on Monday, April 7th we will begin remodeling and construction on our property. Construction will be starting in Richardson Building 4. We anticipate some Balconies will not be accessible for periods at a time in these units, as well as only being able to access the building through the South end while construction is being carried out. We predict construction will end by July 10th, 2025.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of US$100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
