This charming highly rated spacious ranch offers the perfect escape for your next getaway. Explore all that the area has to offer including hiking trails, Upper Delaware River (breathtaking views & fly fishing, water activities) and scenic area like Narrowsburg, Mongaup, Bethel, Callicoon, Shahola Falls and more. Port Jervis for local bars & restaurants. Chef’s kitchen includes all essentials leading onto deck looking out on to your a private lake. 12minutes from The Eldred Preserve, 11minutes from Sands Beach Bar, and 4minutes from Circle Park. This contemporary ranch sits on an acre of private land in the Catskills region, specifically in Sullivan County, NY. Overlooking a private lake, you can hear the peaceful sounds of birds while watching deer and rabbits from the spacious deck. This home was inspired with family in mind while also being sustainable and green. Including solar panels, central air and heating to adjust to your comfort; all new stainless steel appliances, a spa-like en suite bathroom, chef’s kitchen including a pot-filler and double sink. Family room includes a wood burning fireplace, library and boardgames. Lower level includes remote working space, gym, pool table/ ping pong table, fooseball table, office space.

We are located on private waters in Glen Spey. This is where NY, NJ, & PA all meet. Our home sits on beautiful small lake shared with few other homes, this ranch is in the perfect location for quiet getaway yet mins away from outdoor activities and delicious dinning. We are just 20 mins from Port Jarvis, 10 mins from Elred, 10 mins from Barryville where you can find general stores, Resturant, and bars. Mohican Lake: Swimming, Fishing, Kayaking, Row Boating, Water Sports, Ice Fishing, Ice Skating Outdoor Activities: Hickok Brook Multiple (5.2 miles), Monguap River Trail (8.2 miles), Trusten Mountain Trail (14.4 miles), Port Jervis Watershed Park & Rec Area (15 miles), High Point State Park (17.7 miles) Local Draws: Mohican Inn, Mountain View Manor, Shrewed Fox Brewery, Gray Towers National Site, Bashakill Vineryard, Monticello Race Track, Resort World Casino, LegoLand, Delaware River Gap.
