This stylish home is perfect for group trips. This 1430 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath accommodates 8. The large kitchen/coffee station area is a great hang-out space. There are separate living room and dining room areas as well as a large backyard including a tree swing, volleyball net, grills, patio furniture and fire pit. Includes washer/dryer and newer appliances. Located 5 mins from airport as well as a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, discount shopping stores, drug stores and Walmart.

I really enjoyed meeting all the different people, as well, my favorite part- being hospitable, making people feel welcome and comfortable. 8 years later, I now also help others manage their properties, and I still rent the rooms in my house just like I did when I started. This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Bay Bluffs Park is 5 minute away and offers a short walk to an Escambia Bay beach. 10 minutes to downtown Pensacola. Approximately 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens National Seashore. 30 minutes to Blackwater River.
