These spacious two bedroom townhome rentals have an open floorplan, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops and breakfast bar, and a deck with lagoon, golf, and wooded serene views. The Spinnaker Townhomes at Shipyard amenities include a community pool with hot tub, pool side cabanas, splash pad for kids, pavilion, playground, BBQ grills and picnic areas, and tennis court.
