This recently renovated property boasts fantastic upgrades, including wood/tile flooring throughout! The open-concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The main level of the condo features a large living area with a flat-screen TV and access to a private patio with lagoon views. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The first level features a bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. This stunning bathroom has been renovated with beautiful tile work and a large walk-in shower. The second level features the remaining two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other features a double bed, a twin bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Springwood Villas is located just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Visitors to the complex have access to a complex pool as well. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC..
