Completely remodeled, sunny, stylish, and modern.This contemporary Venice Beach house is tucked away and within walking distance of many unique shops, restaurants, yoga studios, coffee shops, and more. It's only a short walk from Costco and a fifteen-minute walk from Venice pier. The house is super close to Abbot Kinney Blvd, a fantastic area packed with more shops, bars, amazing restaurants, and clothing shops, so hip and trendy that it was voted the 'Coolest Block in America' by GQ Magazine!

A mellow residential neighborhood with tree-lined streets and mid-century modern architecture. With a tranquil and friendly community, high walkability, easy access to restaurants and amenities, and several options for entertainment, it’s no surprise that Mar Vista/Venice is one of the best places to live in LA. Evenings, with the fragrances of citrus and night-blooming jasmine, are so quiet you forget that you are in the heart of the city. The neighborhood offers a walkable score of 82. The friendly neighbors often wave or stop to say hi. You're just minutes away from Costco (YAY!). Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, one of my favorite coffee shop Alana's, Blueys Mar Vista aka the best breakfast and lunch spot in LA, iconic Rainbow Acres Natural Foods & Grocery store and so much more.
