This stylish place is perfect for group trips or couples looking to explore the Galveston Bay and all the local attractions. Nestled a block from the bay and all the popular restaurants, this apartment is privately owned and operated. It is the top unit of a duplex with a private entrance, patio and parking. The apartment is a 2-bedroom unit with one very large bathroom. It has a full-sized kitchen, dining area and laundry room. It also has a private dedicated working area that fits a laptop.
My husband and I love to travel and try to visit a unique place each year. Through our travels, we have cultivated a list of what we like and dislike as vacationers and have brought that refined list to Vintage Crown. We also are a family of 5 and know what it is like to travel with small kids. Vintage Crown offers the best of both worlds - travel with friends or with family; we offer it all.
Please note that this apartment is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood where some blocks are more invested in than others but we love it for the diversity and the friendly neighbors. Safety is our top priority and we've invested in exterior security cameras, an alarm system, and a ring doorbell. This duplex has been in our family for 20 years with multiple family members having lived in it for several years. Now we want to invite guests to stay. The apartment is ten minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk, 30 minutes to Galveston, and 45 minutes to downtown Houston. It is a one-block walk to the bay for boating and fishing amenities and there's an ATM 50' away to get cash for all the fun you're going to have. There is one restaurant/bar that is a block away and within walking distance with amazing bay views. All the other attractions require a car.
