Moclips is a wonderful destination for anyone hoping to get away from it all. You can spend your afternoons beachcombing and walking the shores conveniently, with beach access just 3/4 of a mile up the road. Surf fishing is popular here, so bring your own pole or rent gear in a nearby town. Enjoy a quick drive down to Ocean Shores. Here you will find the Quinault Casino, or venture further into Ocean Shores and you will find galleries, shopping and numerous restaurants. Go day-tripping to the Quinault Rain Forest and hike the trails or take a relaxing drive around Lake Quinault, just 28 miles northeast.
