With a loft bedroom and a bunk room for future guests, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. You'll also have access the community's outdoor pool during your stay in this condo. WHAT’S NEARBY The beach is just two blocks and a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's (four and a half miles away) for some coconut shrimp! Beyond the beach, you can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over two miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) barely over eight miles from the condo. Gator Beach, less than eight miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. THINGS TO KNOW Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
