This prime location situates you about three miles from Rehoboth Beach, Boardwalk, and beach access. In addition, you are granted access to an outdoor pool where you can cool down to your heart's content. As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. The living room provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together - play board games after a fantastic day at the beach, stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV, or simply enjoy an absorbing chat while the electric fireplace adds a nice ambiance to the living area. This area opens onto a screened balcony with views of the community water feature and a kid-safe magnetic dart board. When mealtime comes, surprise your family with a spectacular homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of a main suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a smart TV. Additionally, there is a stacked washer/dryer available for added convenience.
