We are a Christian homestay and are strictly for individuals, couples and families that are preferring comfortable overnight lodging. We kindly request that you choose another location if your intentions are for other activities or encounters. Absolutely no marijuana or illegal drugs allowed on property. The Exclusive Tatman Evergreen Suite is the newest in a beautifully appointed collection of modern, fully furnished bedroom suites and detailed with hand crafted woodwork and cheerful colors. The suite has a comfortably cool environment for the Florida hot & sunny days and the bed is an ultra comfortable with a 12” memory foam mattress. The new furniture is modern with a private bath that has a mesh mosaic glass enclosed shower. The suite has maximum privacy and is completely separate from main residence with secure 24 hour keyless private entry. Enjoy a 58 inch 4k HDTV with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Prime. Additionally enjoy your own private Keurig with an ample supply of complimentary Starbucks coffee.

Neighbourhood information

Please note:Our accommodations are located in highly rated Airbnb style guesthouse neighborhood setting. The neighborhood is not manicured like gated communities but is safe and scenic with walking trails and lakes nearby. My location is 15 minutes away from Baycare Winterhaven Hospital and great for health care professionals working late hours with 24 secured keyless entry. Adams Estate Wedding and Event Venue is less than 5 minutes from my Airbnb. Great Central Florida location and less than an hour from all the major attractions with Legoland and Bok Towers only 20 minutes away. All Orlando Theme Parks and attractions are less than 50 minutes away. Busch Gardens is approximately 40 minutes away. I-4 is only six miles away.
