Just two miles from the beach and boardwalk, you’ll have easy access to the sandy shore. Jungle Jim’s is around one-half mile away, Gordons Pond State Park area is a little over three miles away, and numerous shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities are within walking distance. At the townhome itself, you’ll find both serenity and style in the peaceful, pond-front location. Spend mornings sipping coffee and evenings sipping cocktails on your fully screened patio or upstairs on your balcony, enjoying the pond view. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, custom fixtures, lots of natural light, and room to spread out. Pop into the modern, full kitchen to turn out mealtime masterpieces, then serve up your creations at the adjacent dining table. After a day on the sand, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any stray laundry. Four streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WIFi all provide entertainment opportunities. If you’re not quite ready to call it a day, visit the community pool to soak up some more sun. The night ends in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, with another dreamy beach day on tap for tomorrow.
