Tucked away within the quiet outskirts of Plaza Midwood, the bohemian bungalow is a welcoming and creative space. The interior boasts a crisp, clean space decorated in playful bohemian, modern fashion with warm undertones. We invite you to explore all that Charlotte has to offer. The bungalow is only a 5-minute drive into the heart of Plaza Midwood, 7 minutes to NoDa, and 10 minutes from both South End and Uptown.
We share a passion for art, music, travel, and adventure! Kristin is a native of Charlotte and Felipe calls Charlotte his home but is originally from Bogota, Colombia. We have enjoyed the process of renovating this house which we lived in for 7 years before making it a vacation home. We have put a lot of hard work and tender care into it. We fell in love with the neighborhood’s quiet atmosphere and community. Plus it’s close to everything! You can reach Kristin or Felipe by phone or message, but messaging is preferred for the quickest response.
