Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life & lots of restaurants. 20 min from airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties! This Casita shares the 1 acre lot with the main house but it a fully seperate home. Nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood. Close to everything!
