Our guesthouse is located next...but not attached to...our home which is located very close to the entrance to the ranch. It occupies the entire 2nd floor...about 1100 sq ft. There are 19 interior steps up to the guesthouse. Outside you can enjoy live oak shaded, pergola shaded, under deck shaded, and open 2nd story deck seating areas overlooking views of 4 counties and Lake LBJ. Stroll the extensive wild and domestic flower covered areas right outside the guesthouse. Your pet will enjoy all the new sniffs that abound! You're simply gonna love it here!
My wife, Gay, and I have been married 52 years. Gay was born and raised on the ranch...she is 3rd generation. As little or as much as you would like. The ranch owners live in the main house to the right.
What is the neighborhood close to? Besides our Main Ranch house, absolutely nothing...which is the charm of this place. However, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Lake Marble Falls, Lake LBJ, Horseshoe Bay are all a short 20 minute drive. Enchanted rock, Fredericksburg, Stonewall, Becker Vineyards are a beautiful 40-60 min drive. Additionally, too many beautiful vineyards, and other Hill Country attractions to mention. Just search ZIP Code 78654. Private vehicle. Walks are beautiful and it is recommended to keep to main roads. Don’t worry, there are plenty...with no one around.
