**Ohia Post Project- The complex will be restoring and repainting all Ohia Posts and Lanai Railings through out the complex. Work is scheduled in this building for December 26th to January 10th. Work is permitted Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM** This well-appointed 2 bedroom/2-bathroom home sleeps four comfortably and is located on the ground floor at the Waikoloa Beach Villas, overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.  Enjoy a meal or stretch out on a chaise lounge from the covered lanai to enjoy the unobstructed golf course view and ocean breeze. The home includes TVs and ceiling fans in each room, a washer and dryer, and central A/C (installed in 2022). The kitchen, with its granite countertops and high-end appliances is well-equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. An additional full bath is located adjacent to the guest bedroom, which offers two twin beds. The home is single level and there are no stairs.  Cable, WIFI, and free long-distance calls to US Mainland, Canada and Mexico are included. Updates in 2023 include new flooring, sofa sleeper, area rugs, TVs, decor and a fresh coat of paint! Waikoloa Beach Villas is a quiet, low-density, gated community with beautifully manicured grounds, located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort.  It is just steps from the Kings’ and Queens’ Shops (which include restaurants and a small grocery store), a short walk to the stunning Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) Beach, and 20 minutes from Kona International Airport.  There are two resort style heated pools and spas for your enjoyment as well as an on-site fitness center and BBQ grills.  There is plenty of parking as well as a private garage.  Linens, including beach towels are provided, as well as basic supplies for your stay. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property manager within 48 hours of booking. If the agreement is not received, the reservation may be canceled. The guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation if they pass the 48 hour time frame.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 08:00:00. A 25% deposit and completed Guest Reservation Application are required for booking confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days before arrival. Reservations may be canceled for late payment or extenuating circumstances (e.g. double bookings, property sale, or emergency repairs).

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
