Step inside, and you will be spoiled by the natural light throughout, high-end furnishings, and coastal decor. After a full day at the beach, whip up a tasty dinner by the pool using the shared gas grills or whip up more complex recipes in the full kitchen complete with gorgeous countertops and all of the appliances and tools needed. Not to mention, chilling on the patio or the private balcony can be the perfect way to enjoy the sunset and finish each day on a relaxing note. Perched alongside the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, you will be able to tee up in no time for a memorable round of 18, so bring your clubs along! If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area. THINGS TO KNOW Irrigation work is underway and scheduled to complete by the end of April 2023. Buildings 12, 13, 14, 15, and 19 will be close to the construction. Expect associated noise and dust. Additional irrigation work will start in October or Nov of 2023, with no projected end date. Buildings 16, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 23 will be impacted. The Makai pool will be closed for construction starting the second week of April 2023 and is expected to last until July. This rental is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC.
