This cozy, coastal inspired waterfront Key Allegro Island Guesthouse offers gorgeous views from the dock! Plenty of room for vehicles, golf cart, kayaks, paddleboards, boat and trailer. Sip your coffee on the spacious deck at water's edge before heading out for the day or enjoy a cold drink while watching the spectacular sunset. Night lights for fishing. Fish cleaning station. BBQ grill. Smart TV. WiFi. Designated work space. Private guesthouse (no smoking allowed inside) located on lower level of the property on the left side. Private entry faces Little Bay and is only steps from water's edge. Space includes 1 queen size bed and a twin size trundle bed that coverts to a king bed with an attached bathroom (shower, vanity, toilet). Kitchenette (sink, countertop, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave). Desk/chair. Smart TV. Mini-split AC/Heat. Access to our deck and fish cleaning station. Part of the deck does not have a railing.
We love the peaceful island life with the gorgeous sunsets and views of the water, dolphins and birds. We love being able to share our little bit of paradise with others.
This is waterfront property on the island of Key Allegro which overlooks Little Bay (not the beach). Rockport Beach that borders the Aransas Bay is about a 7-8 minute drive. It is a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, downtown shopping, the Art Center, Fulton Harbor with a pier that extends over Aransas Bay and to the fair grounds. It is about a 35 minute drive to the Aquarium and The Lexington located on North Beach in Corpus Christi. It is about a 30 - 40 minute drive to Port Aransas that offers more restaurants and access to Gulf of Mexico beaches. Golf cart and kayak rental are available nearby.
