This is waterfront property on the island of Key Allegro which overlooks Little Bay (not the beach). Rockport Beach that borders the Aransas Bay is about a 7-8 minute drive. It is a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, downtown shopping, the Art Center, Fulton Harbor with a pier that extends over Aransas Bay and to the fair grounds. It is about a 35 minute drive to the Aquarium and The Lexington located on North Beach in Corpus Christi. It is about a 30 - 40 minute drive to Port Aransas that offers more restaurants and access to Gulf of Mexico beaches. Golf cart and kayak rental are available nearby.
