Complimentary Beach Service is available during stays from March to October- includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup.Wi-fi is complimentary in all units. Please note that a cleaning fee has been included in the room rate. A 6.69 percent resort fee will be collected. Persons booking unit must be over 25 and occupy unit for entire rental period. No singles under 25 without guardian. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival, a cost of first night of stay plus applicable taxes and fees of cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled 30 days or less from arrival , a penalty of 100 percent will be assessed. Please note that American Express is not accepted, and another card must be used.
