Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar is located in Hanoi's Old Quarter Area and within 1-minute walk to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Free WiFi can be accessed in all areas. Featuring air conditioning, all units are furnished with heating, soundproofing and a dressing room with wardrobe. Some units are fitted with a seating where you can relax in.
