Valid Vietnam driving license

Visa-free countries: Valid passport with valid immigrant stamp
Other countries: Valid passport with valid visa (including e-visa and certificate of visa exemption) and immigrant stamp
Expatriates: Valid passport with valid temporary resident card or valid permanent resident card
