My house has 4 floors (ground floor, 1st, 2md & 3rd floor). In the groundfloor, we have a small matcha shop and a small kitchen area that you can use. Then 3 bed rooms will be located each room per floor. All rooms will have dedicated & private bathroom inside. The number of people per room can be from 2 - 4.

My house is in the heart of District 1, HCMC. It's just 15 mins walking to Bui Vien Street so you can explore the nightlife of HCMC there. Specially, the surrounding area is very peaceful & having lots of food stall that you can try VNese cuisine from the north to the south area just within 1km area. Trust me! You will like my house!
