Charming apartment in the heart of the city. You’ll love this place because of the views and the location and the price. The apartment is 1 min walk from Mother Theresa Boulevard. Close to Newborn monument, National Museum, bars, restaurants and close to everything the city has to offer. The place is spacious, cozy ambiance and lots of light. The apartment is in the 8th floor which offers a very nice city view from the balcony. What makes this apartment unique it is not just its location but also its beautiful city view and the affordable price. Located less than 500m from Skanderbeg Statue Pristina, 4 min walk from Newborn monument, 5 min walk to the National Museum and a 1 min Walk to the Park of the City, Welcoming in Prishtina offers accommodations for all of you that are interested to live in the heart of the city and close to everything the city has to offer. The apartment is fully furnished and it has one bedroom, a living room with a flat TV, a bathroom, storage room and a spacious balcony.

My place is located in the heart of the city. The apartment is located in a good neighborhood which is only a few minutes walk to Mother Theresa Boulevard, National Library, National Theater, National and Ethnological Museums, Green Market, old part of the town, National Library, Park of the city, Skanderbeg Statue, New Born Monument and close to all the great bars and restaurants the city has to offer.
