This gorgeous, self contained, 2 bedroom cottage, with pool and separate garden, has a full kitchen and offers Netflix for viewing entertainment. There is a dedicated work area, unlimited WiFi and an inverter ensure a suitable working environment. The property is suitable for well socialised dogs. Unfortunately NO cats are permitted. Easy access to Sandton, Rosebank CBD and Fourways. 1 km from Bryanston Shopping Centre and Gautrain Bus. Kildoon Cottage is a short driving distance from St Stithians College, St Davids Marist Brothers, Brescia House, thus offers the perfect family accommodation for School Festivals.
A keen mountain biker, and lover of my dogs. I am a Certified PMBIA Level 1 MTB Skills instructor, and enjoy helping riders improve their skills, without pressure. I am happy to accompany mountain bikers on local trails, as long as they have their own bikes. Gideon, or I are available via our cellphones. We both work from the Main House, and are generally able to assist with any queries.
Bryanston is a lush, established, upmarket suburb, central to Fourways, Sandton and Rosebank. We have 24 hour security car patrols in the immediate area. Easy access to St Stithians College, over the road from Bryanston High School, and a stone's throw (pedal) from the Braamfontein Spruit for keen mountain bikers. The Gautrain Bus runs from Bryanston Shopping Centre (1 km away). Commercial taxi's, Uber, etc are available on digital apps.
