Colonial Sands 406, in Margate, is a large three bedroom well equipped flat on the beach that has magnificent views. Great destination for a wonderful getaway where you can enjoy all that the South Coast has to offer. Colonial Sands is within walking distance of Margate's CBD with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and clubs. Margate main beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes it safe for swimming. Apart from Margate, Shelly Beach with its two shopping malls and ski boat club give you a wide choice of shops, restaurants, and activities.  Furthermore you can go scuba diving, deep-sea fishing or whale watching, or fun boat riding if you choose. This complex boasts a sparkling swimming pool, communal braai area and well as maintained gardens. Colonial Sands 406 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the fourth floor. There are lovely sea views as well as easy beach access. There is a lift in the complex as well as under-cover parking. Well-equipped kitchen with granite tops and features a washing machine and also a dishwasher. The living area is open plan, opening up onto a spacious balcony, a great space to relax and unwind. In the main bedroom, there is a queen-size bed with a lovely en-suite bathroom which features a stand-alone bath as well as a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. Both these bedrooms open up onto the balcony. The second bathroom has a shower. There is an open view decoder and if you wish to watch DSTV please bring along your own DSTV decoder (no Explora’s). Please Note: The cleaning fee that you are charged is for the preparation and cleaning of the unit before you arrive and after you leave. Daily cleans are available at an extra charge. If a daily clean is required please contact the office. Maximum of 4 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

Margate is a very popular resort town that has been a major drawcard to the South Coast for many decades. Margate is also known for its wonderful beaches and is a vibrant, colourful town as well as an exciting nightlife. This complex is within walking distance of Margate's CBD, with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and clubs. The main beach has an African market. Furthermore, the vendors will love to show you their range of carvings, curios, and other interesting items. The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. Nearby Shelly Beach has two shopping malls, many restaurants, and movies. Shelly Beach also offers deep-sea fishing trips, dolphin and whale watching trips, scuba diving, and also shark cage diving.  Day trips are the order of the day with the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi Gorge, with its hair-raising swinging bridge within easy traveling distance.
