The FOUR C's stand for Cosy, Comfortable, Convenient and Central. There are two self-catering units on the property. One sleeps 2 guests and the other 4 guests. Each one has their own entrance, entertainment area, but shares the pool and garden with the owner. These self catering units are perfect for families, couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. No problems with load shedding we have solar energy The Units are COSY: Depending on the unit chosen, they include a fire place; nespresso coffee machine or plunger; outdoor dining area, patio with pool & garden, Barbeque facilities; Books COMFORTABLE: extra length beds in one unit, 2 queen size beds in the other unit, Solar electricity; Aircon or fan; Fast WiFi; Netflix; , Washing machine & iron CONVENIENT: Separate entrance, Self check-in, Kitchen with condiments provided; Maps & info CENTRAL: Close to Rosebank, Sandton, Universities. Many restaurants in area, Close to green belt for walking, running and cycling The pool area includes a badminton net and a basketball hoop, including bats, balls and pool towels. A Barbeque facility is also available Secure off-street undercover parking with extra security(electric fence, beam)
I am traveller at heart and planned the guest units to include all the elements that I would have liked while travelling. We really try to make the place as comfortable for the guests and enjoy the variety and all the differences cultures.
Craighall Park is a very community orientated neighbourhood. There are many restaurants in the area. Close to green belt for walking, running and cycling. It is close to Rosebank, Sandton, Universities and Hospitals We are close to the Gautrain bus route, 2.5km from Hyde Park Shopping Centre, Rosebank Shopping Centre & the Gautrain, & 6km from Sandton CBD. It is very central and easy access to many of the tourist attractions.
