A Secure 3 bedroom unit on 2rd floor. Boasting a large open plan kitchen, lounge & dining area leading onto a spacious patio. The Main bedroom is en-suite (toilet, bath, basin & shower) with sliding door leading onto the balcony. The 2 & 3rd bedroom share a bathroom (toilet, basin & bath). Each room is fitted with a ceiling fan. The kitchen is quipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and Dulce Gusto coffee machine. The unit is now also fitted with backup power supply, so Load shedding/power outages doesn't have to leave you in the dark. The complex has a secure Fenced swimming pool and is short walk to St Michael's beach & restaurants. Linen is supplied but are you required to bring your own swimming towels. We do not allowed smoking within in the unit. Regrettably, pets are not allowed as per the complex bylaws. NB: The complex is situated on Marine drive. Some road noise can be expected. Please also note that the breakage/security deposit is charged separately & will be sent for settlement before checking in
We are a family of 4 who use the space as our part time home for a couple of months each year. When not in use, we open it to others so that you may enjoy the fresh air, ocean views & sandy beaches.
The neighborhood is fairly quiet despite the busy road. If you enjoy sports, Buccaneers pub across the road is a must & Muncher house is our favourite spot for good, authentic German food. Do me Beauty Salon is a short walk from the complex should you feel like a relaxing massage or pedicure.
