Prime Hotel is superior guesthouse with 13 deluxe bedrooms located in the upmarket, trendy, and leafy suburb of Morningside. We have a beautiful garden setting that gives a ‘tropical & relaxed feeling' as you enter the property. One of the many great attributes to Prime Hotel is its great location, situated in upper Morningside within a stone's throw away from the trendy Florida Road restaurants and the area's beautiful Mitchell Park (with Zoo and restaurant) and Jameson Park (stunning Rose gardens). All rooms are extremely comfortable with white linen, laminate floors, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub on selected rooms. There is also a large Lounge and entertainment area to relax and read a book or to watch and enjoy your favourite TV programme or Sporting event. On those hot summer days (many of those in Sunny - Durban) take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool or relax by the entertainment patio in one of the comfy sofa’s.
