This spacious bedsitter is located on the first floor and nestled in the Milkwood trees, behind The Mission's House, which is an historical building in Onrus that we also let as self catering accommodation. The two buildings share a communal courtyard but have separate entrance facilities. The Treehouse Suite is tastefully decorated all in white. It is a peaceful and romantic spot for nature lovers wanting to read or unwind to the sound of the sea. It has an ensuite bathroom with only a slipper bath and hand held shower hose. It is ideal for short stays as it does not have catering facilities but only a coffee/tea station and bar fridge. It is perfect for single travelers, young couples or even mother & daughter getaways.

We are are a mother & daughter team that have lived locally for over 45 years. We have opened our home to share the beauty of this historical gem with other history and nature lovers.

The coastal village of Onrus is quiet, safe and family friendly. It is only 7km from Hermanus. We are based within easy walking distance from Onrus beach and even closer to the seaside walking paths & tidal pool. We have two local restaurants and a coffee shops within walking distance of our accommodation.
