2 bed-roomed semi with open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Master en-suite and both bedrooms with built in wardrobes. All rooms air conditioned. Fully functioning kitchen with all requirements for self catering offering combi energy cooker gas/electric and electric fridge freezer. Solar power 24/7 in addition to ZESCO power, Property has back up water supply with 10,000 litres additional water storage tanks. Quiet neighbourhood, good transport links into the centre of town. About 5 minutes drive to the airport and 10 mins to the centre of town. Well secured property with CCTV with a lot of parking space. Cleaning services available on request for up to 3 days stays and automatically available for longer than 3 days.

Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the main tourist attractions, such as the Livingstone and Railway museums, the mighty Victoria falls, Mukuni big Five, sunset cruises, Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, bungee jumping, whitewater rafting etc. Restaurants and night clubs 7 mins drive into town.
